Attorney-at-law Mark Thorsen, 48 years old, is a Danish business lawyer with extensive experience within general business law and mergers and acquisitions.

Mark Thorsen is residing in Luxemburg and holds a number of directorships both in companies within the i2i Holding S.A. group of companies and in other companies and institutions.

Mark Thorsen holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen and has additional education among other at the College of Europe in Brügge, Belgium, and at the Insead Management School in France.
