i2i Holding SA

i2i Holding Ltd. is a Luxemburg based venture capital company founded in 2003 and owned by Bo Kroll, a serial entrepreneur with a successful background in the technology, media and telecommunications sector.

The company is managed by Mark Thorsen and specializes in investments in companies with strong and leading intellectual property bases. It focuses on bringing substantial business and intellectual property rights expertise into constructive long-term cooperation with its portfolio companies. So far, i2i has made four investments and commitments totaling € 15 million in companies like SeeReal Technologies of Dresden, Germany (three dimensional displays, www.seereal.com) and id Quantique.
