Company vision

In only five years, id Quantique has established itself as a leader in the field of Quantum Cryptography and Single Photon Detection. Going forward, id Quantique will strive to continue on its path by following its core values:

Strong focus on innovation: in addition to a strong focus on internal R&D, the company is heavily involved in European and Swiss research programs. Id Quantique is collaborating closely with leading academic institutions, like the University of Geneva and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. It is also taking part in the Secoq program, a €11mio European research program on Quantum Cryptography. Id Quantique will capitalize further on its R&D efforts by developing relationships with major network security providers to sell, manufacture and license its products and technology worldwide.

Strong IP position: id Quantique has priviledged access to key patents in the field of Quantum Cryptography and photon detection techniques. Revenues from licensing activities are expected to contribute to the company's continuing success. The company will keep investing in patenting activities.

Flexibility: id Quantique brings a great deal of flexibility, offering solutions that are tailored to customers needs. Custom products and OEM solutions can be developed with a short development cycle.
