The Arcis family of multi-layer products will allow IDQ to expand its product offering to include transparent network encryption of IPSec and MPLS networks, as well as to enter new markets. The Arcis family of adjustable-bandwidth encryptors offers multi-layer encryption and data authentication, including IPSec and Layer 4 payload encryption for IP and MPLS networks from 3 Mbps to 10 Gbps. The encryptors can be deployed flexibly and transparently into existing network infrastructures, allowing companies to immediately secure their networks without the need for architecture changes while also ensuring future network scalability. Adjustable-bandwidth encryption allows companies to upgrade their existing hardware appliances to higher bandwidths through a software license to account for future network evolution.

Arcis encryptors are managed via TrustNet Manager, a web-based platform which ensures easy and effective implementation of corporate security policies. TrustNet Manager’s powerful policy-builder simplifies provisioning and makes it easier to deploy and manage multi-layer encryption and security policies. Best practice separation of duties is ensured through providing role-based access to multiple users. Role-based access gives security teams control of the encryption keys and network security policies, while allowing them to delegate device and network management to the network team or third-party service provider.
