RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR
IDQ commercializes a family of physical random number generators (also known as true random number generators) based on quantum physics. This product has received official international certification for use in the most demanding applications. It is called Quantis and comes as
- a PCIe card (4Mbps)
- a PCI card (4Mbps and 16Mbps)
- a USB device (4Mbps)
It is also available as a component for OEM integration.

Single-Photon Detection - Visible photons - the id100 Series includes a broad range of single photon detectors based on a Silicon avalanche photodiode and includes arrays (id150) as well as components for OEM intregration.
- Photons in the near infrared - look at the id210 Series, a family of user-friendly detectors based on an InGaAs/InP APD.
- Photons around 1um - use the id400 single-photon detector to detect photons at and around 1064nm.
Short Pulse Laser Sources
