The ID281 can integrate a variety of superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors, featuring quantum efficiencies up to 90% or more, extremely low dark counts and high count rates optimized for different applications such as QKD and quantum communications, single-photon source characterization, VIS, NIR and MIR spectroscopy, fluorescence lifetime measurement, and quantum computing as well as other quantum photonics applications.
