ID Quantique will host its 12th Annual Winter School on Quantum Communications from 25-31 January 2020 in Switzerland. The theme will be “Quantum Communications Horizon 2030”.

The thread of the program is to review the situation of quantum communications in 2020 and to attempt to forecast its status in 2030, when the quantum computer should be close to completion.

The Winter School will take place between 25-31 January 2020 in the relaxing, healthy and stimulating environment of Les Diablerets winter resort in the Swiss Alps. It will feature two tracks:

  • The Industry Track will provide a high-level overview of quantum threats and cybersecurity during the first two days.
    Price:  € 2’000 per participant. Saturday 25 January to Monday 27 January 2020.
  • The in-depth Technology Track will last the full week and go into all of the technical details.
    Price: € 4’000 per participant. Saturday 25 January to Friday 31 January 2020
