Geneva Cyber Week 2026, 4-8 May, Switzerland
Geneva Cyber Week (GCW) is an annual global platform to advance international cooperation and resilience in cyberspace. Building on Geneva’s unique role as a hub for multilateral diplomacy, digital governance, and cybersecurity expertise, Geneva Cyber Week fosters inclusive dialogue, collaboration and practical engagement across governments, industry, academia, and civil society.
Gathering nearly 2,000 participants from over 100 countries, Geneva Cyber Week 2026 will address the evolving challenges and opportunities at the intersection of technology, security and international governance. That’s where quantum cryptography comes in!
Join our teams on Tuesday 5 May 2.30pm-4.30pm (Room 7 – CICG) – for a special session on: Fast-track to quantum-resilient and agile networks – mitigating HNDL.
The advancement of quantum computing threatens classical cryptographic systems, urging organisations and enterprises to migrate their infrastructure proactively to quantum-safe security before the “Harvest Now, Decrypt Later” threat materializes.
The optimal approach involves a dual defense strategy combining Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) at the application layer and Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) at the network layer.
This session will explain why identifying and managing cryptographic assets now, enables a phased migration to ensure long-term resilience, trust, and competitive advantage.
We will also drive you through real-world deployments emerging across financial, telecom, and public sectors. ID Quantique will also propose a demo of its quantum-safe security solutions.
