Senior Technology Partnerships Manager – Quantum-Safe Cybersecurity

Position overview

To facilitate the adoption of our Quantum Key Distribution Solution, we are seeking an Experienced Technology Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem centered around the integration and interoperability of encryption, management, and monitoring of quantum-safe networking technologies. As part of the Product Management organization, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams. You’ll work across encryption vendors, orchestration platforms, observability solutions, and OSS/BSS providers to ensure interoperable quantum-safe solutions can be deployed, scaled, and maintained with confidence. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities aligned with our technology roadmap and business objectives
  • Assess partner technologies for integration viability, security posture, and strategic fit
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, customer success & support teams to drive joint solutions, and technology integrations
  • Lead and own continuous technology interoperability between IDQ and partners’ evolving product portfolios, down to the product version level.
  • Enable and successful commercial GTM strategies with ecosystem partners by owning partner related technical and commercial documentation and marketing collaterals
  • Support customer-facing teams with insight into integrated partner solutions, roadmaps and, when needed, be able to run real-world demos, as well as coach engineers during technical integration.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to guide partnership strategies
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics, ensuring value creation and ROI and contribute to overall product and ecosystem roadmaps.

 

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in technology partnerships, or product roles within telecom, cybersecurity, or encryption-focused companies.
  • Proven experience working with telcos, network equipment providers (NEPs), or encryption/security technology vendors
  • Experience managing integrations with NMS/EMS, orchestration platforms, or cloud-native network management stacks
  • Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems, SDN/NFV frameworks, and network telemetry/monitoring standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter, tech savvy, eager to learn, team-player, organized and able to work in face pace environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French is a plus.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecom networks (i.e. IP/MPLS, optical) and how encryption and security integrate at various layers.
  • Good understanding of protocols and technologies such as IPsec, MACsec, TLS, VPN, PKI, SKI, QKD and post-quantum cryptography.
